Tilda ‘Rice-olutions’ Campaign
I’m thrilled to share a behind-the-scenes look at my latest contributions for Tilda’s ‘New Year’s Rice-olutions’ campaign. January often gets a bad reputation for being a dull month in food terms, but this campaign set out to challenge that notion by inspiring consumers to create quick, tasty, and healthier meals with Tilda’s flavour-packed rice products. It was a fantastic opportunity to channel my creativity into designing some of their print, social media, and online banner ads that capture the campaign’s vibrant energy.
The print ad for ‘New Year’s Rice-olutions’ was designed to be visually striking and immediately engaging. I aimed to highlight the bright, balanced meals that can be created with Tilda's rice products, which are heroed in the ads.
Social media offered a chance to bring the energy of the print ad to life in a more dynamic format. Here, the challenge was to maintain the vibrancy and clarity of the print design while adapting it for scrolling audiences. Each post was designed to be concise yet impactful, with animations and transitions that spotlight the products, prizes, and key messages. The ads provided a great opportunity to highlight the prizes available to win, further enticing consumers to take part in the competition.
‘New Year’s Rice-olutions’ is all about inspiring fresh starts and exciting possibilities, and I wanted the designs to reflect that optimism. By focusing on vibrant colours, clean compositions, and dynamic elements, the campaign’s ads create a sense of energy and accessibility. Whether seen in a magazine or scrolling through Instagram, the visuals invite consumers to embrace healthier meals with Tilda in a way that feels fun and achievable.
