Dromona Open Joy Every Day Festive Promotion
At Christmas, Dromona, the Northern Irish butter brand from Dale Farm, spread festive cheer with Open Joy Every Day, an advent calendar-themed promotion designed to captivate shoppers and add a touch of magic to the season.
The campaign’s creative centres on the joy of opening advent calendar doors to reveal daily prizes. The header animation I created was crafted to reflect this festive excitement with some doors opening to unveil magical prizes. The animation captures the anticipation and delight of the season, culminating in the grand prize—a £1,000 cash reward for one lucky shopper.
Special festive packs invite buyers to participate by entering unique codes on the microsite. Shoppers instantly discover if they have won as the digital advent door swings open, recreating the tactile joy of a real advent calendar.
Running from 1 November to 31 December 2024, the campaign was supported on-pack, through shelf-ready packaging (SRP), in-store communications, and the dedicated microsite: www.winwithdromona.com. This promotion not only spread festive cheer but made Dromona butter an essential part of the holiday season.
